• Chapter 4, Access Integration Services Software explains the software features that the IBM 2212 supports.

• Chapter 5, Physical Planning and Prerequisites helps you plan for physically installing a IBM 2212.

• Chapter 6, Configuration and Monitoring Tools explains the configuration and monitoring tools that are available to help you access the IBM 2212.

• Chapter 7, Network Planning helps you prepare to use IBM 2212 features such as Thin Server and integrated services digital network (ISDN).
